Nellie's Barn Sale Fall 2014 Pop Up Show...and a keeper

As you may know if you follow Serendipity Refined on Facebook, last weekend I helped my friend Ann with her semi-annual barn sale which has now become a 40+ vendor vintage pop up show held in Roscoe, IL.  To say that it was amazing would be an understatement.

Oh my gosh, I had an amazing weekend!  I spent Friday and Saturday in Roscoe, Illinois with a group of my junk-loving  friends and vendors at the twice yearly extravaganza known as NELLIE's BARN SALE (link here).

Confessions of a Barn Sale Newbie

 In May, I was a helper at the barn sale of one of my lifelong friends.  All I knew when I signed up was what I'd known since I was 8 years old: my friend Ann, (aka "Nellie"), is something special.  She has always had an amazing sense of style, more than her share of creativity, energy that knows no bounds, and enough grace and Midwest hospitality to make anyone feel welcome.
