On the 12th Day of DIY Christmas Ornaments, I give to you, one snowy forest glittered ball ornament. Sure, I considered stars, wise men and angels. To tell you the truth, I had an entirely different ornament complete but it was challenging and I wanted this final day to be an ornament that anyone can and more importantly will make.
Materials:
Gold glass ball ornament (Michaels)
Gold and White glitter (Michaels)
Glue
I'd like to thank Michaels Stores one last time. Some of the products that I used to make the ornaments for this series were purchased with a gift card which I received from Michaels. All choices regarding sources and products used in these posts are my own.
Tools:
Small paint brush
Directions:
Dip the paint brush in the glue. Paint a pattern on the ornament. Apply glitter.
No magic. Just a little creativity and some very basic craft supplies. It's true. Take a look back at the preceding eleven days. You'll see the same glitter and glue and ball ornaments. You'll find felt combined with every day items like clothes pins and Popsicle sticks. You'll find repurposed mason jar lids and Christmas cards.
I hope that you've had as much fun as the 12 of us have had making these ornaments and sharing them with you. Here's what my friends are making today:
